Drag, Drop & Print!

In North America, the HP Photo Print Gadget prints 2x3, 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, and 8.5x11 prints. In other regions, the Gadget prints the metric equivalents.

When installed, the Gadget will be configured to print borderless photos on your Windows default printer. The default photo size after installation is 4" x 6" in North America, and 10cm x 15cm in other regions. If you would like to view or change the printer, print size, paper type, or paper tray settings, simply click on the Gadget options button.

To print, simply drag and drop one or many photos from file folders, supported applications, or web browsers onto the Gadget.

The Gadget will then:

* Detect the orientation of your photos (portrait or landscape)
* Apply HP Smart Crop technology to ensure that your subject’s head is not cut off in landscape photos
* Send the photos to your printer

Can your HP team create something for the CD-rom tray? (11/19/2008)
I have downloaded this gadget and it works great. I have an HP a6010n with a DVD rom drive that needs to be pushed closed b/c of the design of the case. I dont want to wear out the gears, etc and would like an HP approved gadget that can open/close the DVD-rom drive. Almost every HP desktop PC has a similar case where the DVD-rom button can't be acccessed.

A3+ (4/20/2009)
Great gadget very easy to use. Love it. But there is no support for A3+ for my HP Photosmart Pro B9180 printer, which is a bit sad...
