Below Average (5/11/2009)
Fairly poor, popsup off the right hand side of my screen (So I can only see 1/4 of it) and cannot be moved, even using the MOVE menu Also, only fails on TIMEOUT, so sever can be down it it doesn't know

Not very smart (10/21/2007)
It doesnt seem to look for a valid icmp echo-reply. even a destination unreachable kept the light green. the only time I've had it work was when I actually have a time out! Not very handy.

Just what i was looking for (10/26/2007)
I've been thinking about writing a gadget like this since the first time i got vista and played with gadgets. Possible improvements: give ability to call a webpage rather than just ping... sometimes ping shows a website up when the database or IIS has failed and its actually down. Also sometimes ping is blocked by host, so it shows a site as down, when its actually up. Also layout could do with a little work, perhaps tabulating ping time like is done for traffic lights. But overall a handy application, and just the kind of thing gadgets are there for.

Simple and effective (5/2/2009)
Small tool that allows to verify my unstable ISP's connectivity... I can not only input ip addresses but also direct domain names (i.e. yahoo.com)... Thanks!!

Perfect! (1/29/2009)
Exactly what I was looking for/wanted. Capable of a cursory glance to ensure that all of my servers are up and running on the network. Planning on purchasing the full version.

Great for the home network (11/15/2008)
This is a great monitoring gadget for my home network. However, I can't figure out how to identify servers using their computer names rather than their IP addresses. I've tried //computername as well as other variations and everything comes up dead. If someone can teach me that trick I may pop for the Pro version because I have more than 5 servers I'd like to monitor.

Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Something to keep track of my server, as well as a couple of other PC's on my network. So far so good! Please keep the updates coming :)

Fantastic (6/30/2008)
Works with IP/domain/WINS names, does exactly what I want, elegantly and simply. Only thing I'd like to see is space for more servers!
