I screen scrape the main BF2142 stats website.

I love this Gadget. There is just an issue that I have noticed. Not all the skins allow for the fly-out to show any info. Only the 1st and 2nd skin shows the info for your stats. All the others show a white screen. At least for me it does this. Another issue is that it will not stick with your name. It randomly switches to another name. That may be on GameSpy's end though as they run the stats server for this game and they have a lot of their own issues. It does not bother me to much as I can deal with this issue. All you have to do is hit OK in the settings for the name to switch back. Plus the info stays the same for your soldier when this happens. It is just the name that switch's. I really like this gadget. I have had hopes that the author would make one for BC. And now that they have BC2 and 1943 coming out I hope that he can do one for them as well. He should get in contact with DICE to see if he can get access for the feeds to the stats for BC and these upcoming games. He can contact them directly through the EA UK Forums. They view the Battlefield sections their. The is where I hang out at.

Love the game, love the gadget, does seem abit random at times though. Changes to other players stats from time to time. An update on this to fix the bugs would make this my favourite gadget on Vista

The thing about this gadget is you constantly have to open the options dialog and re-enter your PID, or just highlight it, and press enter. Otherwise it'll show random people's status.

Didn't work for me. it kept on displaying other players, but it only showed my player once, and once only.

Awesome gadget. A must for any BF2142 player running Vista. For me, the only thing preventing a 4 or 4.5 rating is the problem is the random players displaying from time to time. If it has to display other players occasionally, maybe it could display one of my other soldiers or my BF2 soldiers...
