Indexes - but doesn't display contents (2/14/2007)
Does exactly what it says it does very well - however unlike files on your local machine it won't preview those files. An update to fix that would be welcome

It's okay
Puhleeez Network files (7/14/2008)
Please... Please... Please... patch this to be able to open/preview network files... Knowing the file is there (or one of 15 files) and then having to browse to them to open them, if incredibly frustrating!

Don't like it
Why no PREVIEW? (4/10/2008)
I downloaded this to my Vista machine, so that I could stop using Google Desktop for Network Files. UNFORTUNATELY, I was VERY disappointed that it will not display a preview of the file on the Networked drive. Google's does, do you want me to switch back MS? I don't want to, I LOVE Vista, and would love if this add-in had preview with it. PLEASE PLEASE add this as an update, and I promise to uninstall Google Desktop, until then I have to keep using it.

Hate it
Still not supporting file contents indexing (9/23/2007)
While this add-in works and integrates perfectly to the vista instant search, it still misses something fundamental : the UNC locations names are the only data indexed; the content of the file itself is not indexed, as reported several months ago.
Could Microsoft consider adding this feature ?
