It's fast, light on resources and it's VERY handy! Even when the gadget isn't in view (i.e. I have it at the end of my last "page" of gadgets) it works. So with how I set it up, I type: "CTRL+SPACE gcal" and up pops Google Calendar in its GChrome window. Beautiful! It's like the sidebar version of Launchy, except that launchy runs much slower and eats more memory than my entire sidebar. You DO have to set up every command you want to run (it doesn't suggest or search for anything) but I prefer it that way -- a quick launcher for the programs, folders and webpages I visit most, that takes up little space (in pixels or kilobytes :)). My main suggestion would be to make it pull up a previously-existing window. It does that for Firefox ok, but I don't want a new window every time I type it in. Btw, I've always avoided registering with Windows Live bc it's such a convoluted and confusing process -- even though there have been gadgets I've wanted to rate/review in the past. But this gadget was worth it. I love it that much!

Great little tool for mass space saving and easy access, you can use this tool with ease and is just what everybody needs. I would have liked something like this intergrated within a standard microsoft OS. i urge people to vote this high, very productive thinking.

Installed and tried it, but never managed to make shortcuts to display in the gadget - what gives?! Removed it...

I like it, it's really handy. Just wish u can go further by create small icons on our shortcuts (just like shortcuts on desktop) so that we can just click away!
