It's easy to change the gadget on your own. go to start->run-> %userprofile%\appdata\local\microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets\URHNetMonitor.gadget Right click monitor.html and open with ->notepad.exe Search for 750 Change the values appropriately.

This is a very useful gadget. It conveniently shows both uploaded and downloaded. But it needs an update to reflect the new bandwidth policy (the old one was 750 MB/day, the new one is 2000 MB/day). I panicked when I thought I had a Class B restriction after trying to download Starcraft again to replace my scratched CD, but went to check online and there was no restriction in place.
