The gallery site needs to provide space for clearer instructions for the author to describe their apps. Ignore what most of the people complain about below as those people obviously didn't test this enough. 1: to change location click the "gear" at the bottom 2: to see 5 day forecast click the current temp Improvements I think should be made, 1: animated radar popup like forecast 2: multiple location with side scroll like menu 3: removal of RADAR, HbyH, NEWS, and VIDEO buttons

Microsoft doesnt even create these widgets! Companies like Accuweather do, so before you go accusing ms of pattent infringement, get your facts straight, overall this is a good widget

it doesnt even let you change the location of where you are, funny how much this "windows sidebar" is just a rip off of super karamba (google it) for linux/fbsd wow what other stuff has ms stolen ? and yet they cry about patten infringement

I find accuweather to have pretty good forecasts for my area. I like that I can see the forecast at a glance (again, click the gear icon to set your location) and click on the links to launch IE to see expanded details that aren't really usable in widget format.

The "Radar" part of the description is a misnomer, because the gadget does not have built-in radar images. Just a link to the Accuweather radar page.

Wow this thing was sucking up 10% of my ram usage...Forget it !! I'll watch the news , I have tried a lot of these weather gadets , all have there flaws.. I'll watch the weather on TV for now...Not worth the hassle....lol

It is a great little gadget! If you want to change the location just click on the little gear at the bottom and enter your zip code, hit enter, and the weather is now your weather.

Jeez – after perusing these reviews I wonder what a few of these guys do when they arrive at a tee in the road …. Go back I guess. Good app, I’ll use it. Thanks.

It only shows the present weather. It won't show the 5day forecast (says that it does though) for your area unless you go through a whack of button clicks on the web, or else pay for the premium upgrade, get serious, pay for a weather forecast? I can tell the present weather.
