Awsome Gadget (01/11/2008)
This gadget is simply, the best and easiest gadget for monitoring a computer. It has enough functions to not be boring and simple, and a nice, easy to read basic screen. Loved it! For all of you who are looking for CPU Meters, stop here! You've found it!

Great Monitor (20/10/2008)
Not alot of flash, but in my opinion, the best CPU monitor around! Installed and runs with no probelms on my system. (Intel Quad core, 4gig ram, Vista X64.) There is a version that will also display temps if you run speedfan. Thanks for the great gadget!

Fantastic little gadget, one glance tells everything. (22/11/2008)
It works flawlessly on my Vista 64 bit Ultimate version running on an Intel Q6600 and 6 Gigs of memory. It is easy to check if the system ever bogs down to see if the CPU's are maxed out or something else. One time I had it running and it only showed two cores there, not the four expected. I checked further and realized something went awry during boot. If it hadn't have been for that gadget, I could have been running that way for weeks, I only ever put my 'puter to sleep at night or leave it running to check for viruses etc. Give it a try. you will like it too I'm sure.

It's okay
Good but like all PC monitors missing something useful.. (26/11/2009)
When will someone release something like this, and not simply list the amount of Ram in use, but actually show a monitor for the Ram the same way they do the Cpu cores, to show memory operations. It may not seem important but it certainly is and would be fantastic to be able to view this in real time. Regardless, and important, for anyone using a Dual Core Cpu, I absolutely cannot recommend this over the famous Multi Meter. It only supports dual core Cpu's, but is by far the cleanest, easiest to read, best looking Cpu/Ram monitoring Gadget in existence. It's size and shape are the most appealing features, and it has so many backgrounds and appearance options, you can make it look nice and clean on your sidebar regardless of your background. Why the auther of "Multi Meter" hasn't released a Quad Core version is beyond me, it would be very simple. Unless it exists and I don't see it. Someone should contact the author and ask about it, if he simply doesn't feel like it, perhaps he'll give permission to use his concept and add the two cores. Some X2 users may still prefer this Gadget over Multi Meter because of its graph, it shows the "free" amount of Ram, a better number to be aware of. Vista users, listen, far too many users believe Vista hogs too much ram, this is untrue, it's a simply feature called superfetch that loads the programs you use most often into Ram so they open instantly, rather than having to load off your hard drive, & most ppl never defrag so for most ppl load times suck. What's important to realize is if the PC (Vista or Win7) needs this memory being used for (superfetch), Windows instantly dumps all of this info from Ram, less than a nanosecond and all that Ram is freed up. So Vista users, please, understand the OS is (NOT) a memory hog, not by a long shot. In fact the memory management in Vista is far better, it's smart enough to put all that extra memory you have to good use, and Windows 7 is even more superior, incredible honestly.

Great meter (13/12/2008)
Great CPU meter. any chance that this will be updated to support the Core i7? With the multi threading it shows up as 8 cores.

The best (10/12/2008)
If you install one of the listed utilities (I use speedfan), it'll show you temperatures in addition to the other info. What more could you want?

Works with i7 975 (02/08/2009)
This works great with my new i7 975 and correctly shows all 8 cores! Just discovered you can double click on the app and get the task manager. This is a VERY COOL application.

Best CPU Monitor Every (12/07/2009)
I have been using this gadget for a long time. They just did a FANTASTIC update. It now show all 8 cores on my Core I7. It shows RAM usage in an easy to read fashion. Interesting to see ram leaks in Vista! Only one issue, 8 core version does not show temperatures yet. :(
