I hate the size of it, if only it can get a bit bigger and stay at the middle of the sidebar, it would be perfect!!

Pros: Very simple. It shows your photo and user log-on name (same as you would see at the log-in screen or if you hit the "start" button. Cons: Unless you are very forgetful, I can't see why you would need to see that you are logged in.
