This gadget is exactly what I was looking for. I liked the design of the Vista calendar, but I wanted to be able to add my appointment dates and such. zCalendar keeps the same basic design, but adds so much more funcionality. I enjoy the music that comes on in the settings as well, it's very pretty. :) Being able to mouse over the dates and see what I have scheduled is SO useful, so thank you for designing such a handy gadget. I highly recommend zCalendar!

The calendar is similar to the default one on my vista which i love! Why i love it ?! 1. Just by clicking on a date you can either add/edit and event. 2. Have the option to skip either monthly or yearly for dates 3. Ability to change font type/size and background color and even the color of the numbers. This makes the calendar personal rather than sticking to the original colors ! 4. it is EASY to use ! 5. and there is an alert/alarm 6. lastly it is everything i was looking for to write down all my events and reminders which i really needed. I would recommend this gadget add on for all users who wishes to replace their old one and like i mentioned it is better than all the other ones that are out there !

Great variety of options and colors for customization. Highlights days that have appointments, and plays a sound file from your computer when the even takes place. See appointment details on mouse-over.

Great way to keep track of my various shifts and events going on. Love that it's customizable (colours, and font). No issues (so far). :)

Best calendar, the interface is sweet, and I can make many configuration myself like color and style sets. Everyone should try it.

Now, for anyone who wants the music: Go Computer and type in the following address: (Windows Drive)\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets\zCalendar.gadget For example, mine looks like: C:\Users\Richard\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets\zCalendar.gadget For ease sake you can copy mine and replace my name with yours. I just wanted to say you did an excellent and beautiful job on this calendar, I had been looking for one forever and I can honestly say I'm proud to display this on my desktop, it is very beautiful besides versitile enough to handle all my appts. This is alot more useful than the Vist calendar, you did a great job with customization, interface, and features for this calender. As a sugestion, it would be nice to see in a future update the amount of days elapsed on the calendar. Example, Day 277/365. I hope this helps, keep up the good work.

Replaced my other Calendar gadget (used it because it could take notes). Beautiful implementation, and works great. I like how you can scroll over the highlighted dates and see the notes you put in there. Good job!
